2. Legal Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Coastal Liquor Express.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol

We reserve the right to request valid photo identification at any time.

3. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

We comply with all applicable Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service if a customer appears intoxicated

  • Refuse delivery if valid ID is not provided

  • Refuse delivery if we believe alcohol may be supplied to a minor

No refunds will be provided if delivery is refused under these conditions.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Fraud is suspected

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise)

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout

  • We use secure third-party payment providers

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Requirements

  • The recipient must be present at the delivery address

  • The recipient must provide valid ID upon request

  • The recipient must not be intoxicated

6.2 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one present

  • No valid ID

  • Intoxication

The order may be cancelled and may not be refunded.

6.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failed delivery due to customer fault

Refunds may be considered where:

  • Products are faulty or damaged

  • Incorrect items are supplied

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • All activity under your account

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality

10. Limitation of Liability
