Refund Policy

Coastal Liquor Express

1. Overview

At Coastal Liquor Express, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable delivery service. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. No Refunds – Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Orders no longer required

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

3. Delivery Refusals (No Refund)

Refunds will not be provided if delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to:

  • Failure to provide valid photo identification (18+)

  • The recipient appearing intoxicated

  • Suspected supply to a minor

  • No one available at the delivery address

These conditions are in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The product is faulty or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Provide photos of the issue (where applicable)

We will assess your request and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Back to the original payment method, or

  • As store credit (at our discretion)

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our delivery and refusal policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
