When can you get same-day delivery?

Place your order before 4 pm, and you can get same-day delivery. We deliver daily from 10 am to 6 pm across our South Coast NSW service area.

What payment methods can you use for your order?

You can pay by cash or EFTPOS on delivery. If you prefer, you can also pay by direct debit before drop-off using these details: Name: CLE Trans Acct, BSB: 062 652, Acct: 1019 9891. Please use your name or order number as the reference.

How do you qualify for free delivery?

Spend $250 or more and you’ll get free same-day delivery.

Coastal Liquor Express provides alcohol delivery services in accordance with all applicable laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Delivery Areas

To complete delivery:

The recipient must be 18 years or older
Valid photo identification must be provided upon request
The recipient must not be intoxicated
The recipient must be present at the delivery address

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if these conditions are not met.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

In line with RSA laws, our drivers will:

Verify identification
Refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated
Refuse delivery if alcohol may be supplied to a minor

No refunds will be provided where delivery is refused under these conditions.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
Fees may vary based on distance, order size, or time of delivery

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

7. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be deemed unsuccessful if:

No one is available to receive the order
Valid ID is not provided
The recipient is intoxicated

In such cases:

The order may be cancelled
Redelivery may incur an additional fee
Refunds may not be provided

8. Order Tracking

Where available, you may receive updates via SMS or email regarding your delivery status.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Contactless Delivery

Contactless delivery may be available; however:

ID verification is still required
The driver must confirm the recipient’s age before leaving the order
